Oh the decadence of a jewelry armoire! It’s a great way to add a luxe touch to your bedroom or dressing area and keep things better organized at the same time. I feel like a 40’s film star when I browse my jewelry and accessories. I have this one and it seems like nearly every woman who comes to my house asks about it.
Jewelry Armoire $389 at Stacks.
It’s a fabulous piece and exremely solid and well made. The drawers are all lined in black velvet. The side doors open and contain double rows of necklace hooks. I find these hooks to be a handy place to keep funky chain belts too. The top tray has a section for an ample inventory of rings and dividers for other items. The first drawers include dividers too. The larger drawers at the bottom are undivided, which makes them perfect place for silk scarves and pieces that get stored in their own boxes. I got mine at Stacks. If you don’t like the lines of this piece, never fear, they’ve got over 30 different jewelry armoires to choose from. Happy hunting!

…For your jewelry. There’s just something about a beautiful jewlery box. It’s a terrific gift and a wonderful way to indulge yourself. I’ve been surfing at Red Envelope and found some incredible pieces. There’s a lovely little armoire style wooden box with excellent lines and tons of storage for $125. I also found leather jewlery boxes in different colors, shapes and sizes at prices from $100 to about $300.
