There’s nothing worse than shopping for dress for a special event. It’s my least favorite shopping experience. Maybe it’s because I tend to wait longer than I should. Maybe it’s because I never seem to be able to find a dress that fits well and doesn’t make me look dumpy. Maybe it’s because I really don’t like spending hundreds of dollars on something I most likely will only wear once.
Frankly, I’ve had enough. I don’t do the typical ‘black tie’ dress thing anymore. I actually invested in a nice tuxedo pant suit and I’ve worn that quite a few times. I also try to find creative options in separates. A striking skirt like this Red Longevity Skirt
